By scheduling an appointment, submitting a form, or using any service provided by ABX Notary & DocuPrep, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

ABX Notary & DocuPrep provides notarization, document preparation, and related administrative services. All services are performed by a licensed Florida Notary Public and trained document preparation specialist. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal counsel of any kind. Our services are strictly limited to document preparation and notarization.

Nothing in these Terms, on our website, or in the course of our services creates an attorney-client relationship. ABX Notary & DocuPrep cannot advise you on the legal sufficiency of any document, predict the outcome of any legal or immigration matter, or represent you before any court, agency, or tribunal. For legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney.

All service fees are disclosed prior to the start of any service. By proceeding with a service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the applicable fees.

All fees paid to ABX Notary & DocuPrep are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Service fees for document preparation and notarization • Consultation fees • Add-on and surcharge fees (After Hours/Emergency, Early Bird, Holiday, Travel Fees) • Bundle pricing

Fees are earned upon commencement of service. No refunds will be issued once a service has been initiated, regardless of the outcome of any filing, application, or submission made to a third party (including USCIS or any government agency).

Certain appointments may be subject to additional fees based on timing, location, or service conditions. These include:

• After Hours / Emergency Fee — $40.00 • Early Bird Fee — $25.00 • Holiday Fee — $60.00 • Travel Fee (0–10 Miles) — $25.00 • Travel Fee (11–20 Miles) — $40.00 • Travel Fee (21+ Miles) — $65.00

Applicable add-on fees will be communicated to you prior to the start of service. By proceeding, you agree to pay all disclosed fees.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information for use in any document we prepare. ABX Notary & DocuPrep is not liable for errors, delays, or rejections resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client. You are also responsible for reviewing all completed documents before signing or submitting them.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeiture of any deposit or prepaid fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

ABX Notary & DocuPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to the rejection of any application or document by a government agency or third party. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All personal information collected in connection with our services is kept strictly confidential and is used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

ABX Notary & DocuPrep reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
